Established in 1980, the Chung Won Institute of Taekwondo is still family owned, and operated. We believe martial arts are a way of life that enables each of our students to achieve their full potential, both mentally and physically. Without mental strength and clarity, physical strength is meaningless – this is the philosophy we strongly believe in.

We offer classes in Taekwondo, Haidong Gumdo (the art of the sword) and Sorim Tai Chi. Chung Won also offers Snoopy Day Care, an afterschool program for children between the ages of 5 and 12.
